Delivered Fully Assembled
Your new Esh's building is delivered fully assembled by our own skilled delivery team, who handle numerous deliveries every day with trucks and trailers built specifically for shed transport.
Free delivery is included within a 50-mile radius of our Burkesville, KY location — ask us about pricing beyond that range.
How to Prep Your Site
- Clear the location of debris, rocks, branches, and obstructions.
- Mow the area so your unit doesn't settle on tall grass.
- Provide clear, unobstructed access for the delivery truck and trailer.
- Make sure the ground is reasonably level — a clear, level area is all we require.
- For 14′ and 16′-wide structures, we recommend a level gravel or concrete pad to reduce settling.
Please Keep in Mind
We deliver onto a clear, level area — not onto platforms or piers raised above the ground.
If the ground is soft or wet, delivery isn't advised, and we may reschedule to protect your shed and property.
You're responsible for locating and marking underground water or sewer lines, and for any damage to your yard, driveway, or property during access.
Esh's does not provide site prep or concrete work, and blocking and settling are not covered under warranty.
Check with your city and HOA about permits before delivery — our shed experts can help with drawings and 3D renderings.
