This is the simplest porch available on our Modular tiny home shells. Corner porch dimensions are 4’x8’ and it features a railing, a window w/shutters, and a walk-in single door.

Dimensions on this porch are 4’ across the full width of your tiny home shell. Railing, a window w/shutters, and a walk-in single door are also included on each double wide cabin shell.

Standard Features on the Nordic Tiny Home Shell

In order to offer a long-lasting tiny home shell, we construct every building with a specific set of high-quality materials. All our Nordic tiny home shells come standard with:

  • 2×8 floor joists and rim board on 4×6 skids; all joists and skids are pressure-treated
  • ¾” tongue-and-groove flooring with a 50-year warranty
  • 2×6 double headers at windows and doors
  • Boxed-in corner studs for easily finishing the interior of your portable cabin
  • Trusses with steel gussets, framed at 16” on-center
  • Felt paper beneath roofing materials for increased roof longevity
  • 2×6 rafters with collar ties and hurricane clips at every rafter
  • Inset porch on the front end.
  • Drip edge on all edges of the storage shed roof
  • A 10-year workmanship warranty on all tiny home shells.
