Delivery is included, for up to 50 miles, and permits are the customer’s responsibility.

What is the monthly payment?
This depends on the price of the building, inquire to learn more.
What do I need for ground prep?
To ensure maximum longevity for your shed, a gravel pad is recommended, but we can also use blocks.
Do I need a permit?
Check with your county, as we are not responsible for permits.
What is the warranty on this building?
Our buildings come with a 10-year warranty.
What makes your buildings better than the rest?
We do not cut corners, as the customer always comes first. We build our sheds like houses, refer to our specs for more info.
Can you do electrical and plumbing?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer these services.
Do you offer completely finished houses?
Unfortunately, no.
How many chickens are the chicken coops designed to hold?
The chicken coops can hold 15-20 chickens.
What is the biggest size you do?
Our largest building size is 24×50.
Can you do RTO on a Double Wide?
You can do RTO on any building under $20,000.
Do you have any discounts?
We have second-time-buyer and pop-up sales.
What is your time frame for delivery?
Our delivery process typically runs around 5-10 business days.
Can I buy your lot stock?
Yes.
Do I need to put gravel or concrete down for delivery?
This is recommended, but it’s not a requirement.
How many blocks do I need to go on the skids?
This is dependent on the lay of the land, we have a dispatcher that would be happy to find out for you.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Unfortunately, no, we do not.
Is there a moisture barrier between the OSB and the siding? Or between the decking and roof?
Yes, we use tar paper.
